No Other Gospel: The Gospel That Sets Us Free

As we turn the page into fall, we’re beginning a brand-new series in the book of Galatians called No Other Gospel: The Gospel That Sets Us Free. Galatians is Paul’s passionate reminder that there is only one true gospel, the good news that we are saved by grace alone, through faith in Christ alone. That message never gets old, and it’s just as needed today as it was when Paul first wrote it.
We’ll see how the gospel shapes everything: our identity, our freedom, and even the way we love one another as a church family. Here’s where we’re headed:

• The True Gospel Defended – There’s only one gospel, and it must not be distorted.
• Justified by Faith Alone – We are made right with God not by what we do, but by trusting Jesus.
• The Promise Belongs to Believers – God’s Spirit and promises come by faith, making us His heirs.
• From Slaves to Sons – In Christ, we are no longer bound, but adopted as children of God.
• Freedom in the Spirit – The gospel sets us free to walk in the Spirit and bear His fruit.
• Living the Gospel Together – The cross shapes our relationships as we carry each other’s burdens and boast only in Christ.

My prayer is that this series will help us not only understand the gospel more deeply but truly live in the freedom it gives us. After these six weeks in Galatians, we’ll move into a short series designed to prepare our hearts for the upcoming HOPE for NKY outreach events. It will be an exciting season of both grounding ourselves in the gospel and then sharing that hope with our community.

We’ll be studying 1 & 2 Peter, exploring what it means to live faithfully in a world that often challenges our faith. Join us as we unpack God’s Word, learn from Peter’s encouragement and instruction, and discover how the gospel equips us to stand firm, grow in hope, and live boldly for Christ.
